Where is my order?
Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout to see your order status.
You can find the order number on the thank-you page and in your order confirmation email.
What does my order status mean?
Pending / On hold – We have received your order and are confirming it (and your bKash/Nagad payment, if you paid online).
Processing – Your order is confirmed and we are packing it with care.
Completed – Your parcel has been shipped and is on its way to you.
Cancelled – The order was cancelled. Message us if this looks wrong.
Didn’t give an email, or forgot your order number?
Message us on WhatsApp with your name and mobile number and we’ll check your order for you.
