What we collect
We may collect:
- Order details you provide at checkout or when placing an order: name, phone number, delivery address and email address.
- Messages you send us via Facebook, Instagram or Messenger (including your name and the content of the conversation) when you enquire or order through those channels.
- Website and advertising data such as pages viewed, cart activity, device/browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools (see below).
We do not ask for payment card numbers on our website. If you pay by bKash or Nagad, you send money from your own account and share the transaction ID with us; those services process payments under their own policies.
Why we use your information
We use your information to:
- process, pack and deliver your orders;
- send order confirmation and status updates by email, SMS or messaging apps where needed;
- answer customer support questions;
- send one abandoned-cart reminder email if you leave items in your cart without completing checkout (you can unsubscribe from that email);
- improve our shop and measure advertising performance;
- comply with legal or accounting duties.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies, analytics and the Meta Pixel
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic shop functions (for example, keeping your cart) and for analytics and advertising.
We use the Meta Pixel (installed via the PixelYourSite plugin) so that Meta (Facebook/Instagram) can help us measure visits, add-to-cart and purchase events and show relevant ads. Meta may receive event data and use cookies according to Meta’s own policies. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram settings and control cookies in your browser.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only when needed to run the shop:
- Delivery couriers — name, phone and address so your order can be delivered;
- Payment methods you choose at checkout — currently Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash and Nagad. For bKash/Nagad we receive the sender number and transaction ID you provide so we can confirm payment;
- Meta Platforms — for advertising and messaging (Pixel events and conversations on Facebook/Instagram/Messenger);
- Hosting and email providers that store our website and send transactional emails on our behalf.
We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep data
We keep order and customer records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns, keep accounts and meet legal requirements in Bangladesh. Message threads are kept while useful for support, then removed or archived. Analytics and advertising logs are kept according to the tools’ retention settings. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where practical.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information (secure hosting, access limited to people who need it, and HTTPS on our website). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please also keep your own devices and accounts safe.
Your rights and data deletion
You may ask us to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your personal information where we no longer need it (a “data deletion” request);
- stop marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link, or contact us).

We aim to respond within 30 days. We may keep limited information where the law requires it (for example, completed order invoices) or where we need it to resolve a dispute.
Children’s privacy
Our shop is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Please check this page periodically. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
